SoliContraX did not start as a product idea. It started as the work — real funding notices, real deadlines, real applications written for an organization that needed the money. Everything the software does traces back to something that went wrong, or took too long, in doing that work by hand.
Reading a notice for its real requirements, keeping an organization’s history somewhere a draft can reach it, checking a finished application against the criteria it will actually be scored on — these are not feature ideas. They are the parts of the job that were slow, easy to get wrong, and unforgiving when you did. The software exists because doing them by hand did not scale past a couple of deadlines.
The most useful thing the product does is admit when a draft is incomplete. Its responsiveness report will tell you that a submission is significantly short, or that the evidence behind a claim is not in your files. Software that only ever reports success is not checking anything. We would rather it be uncomfortable and right.
Drafts are built from what you provide: the funding notice, your own documents, the concept you approved. If a fact is not in your context, it does not appear in your draft. That constraint is the point — a grant application invents nothing, and neither should the tool that helps write one.
That is a deliberate choice, and it is fair to weigh it. What stands behind the product is not a name on a page: SoliContraX is the contracting entity, organized in Delaware, and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are binding commitments you can read in full and hold us to. Every message sent through the contact form reaches a person who answers. If anonymity is a dealbreaker for you, that is a reasonable position and we would rather you know now than find out later.
We do not publish individual names. The contracting entity is SoliContraX, organized in Delaware. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy set out what we are obliged to do, and the contact form reaches a person rather than a queue.
An example set is being rebuilt around a synthetic applicant created for the purpose. The applications the software was originally developed on are real client work, and that organization has not given permission to publish them — so they are not being used for marketing, sanitized or otherwise.

No. SoliContraX is software you use yourself. There is no consulting arm, and no one reads your drafts on our side as part of the service.
No, and be wary of anything that claims otherwise. It reads the notice for the requirements it states and reports where your draft does not meet them. Compliance and eligibility remain your responsibility, and nothing it produces is legal, financial, or accounting advice.
